Introduction

You have problems with unwanted calls? Or you just don't want to answer somebody, but you don't know what to tell them later when you passed their call?

Installing BlackList can solve your problems. This is an useful application which simply offers you to create a list of unwanted calls by entering your rules of incoming calls.

You need only 78 kB of free memory to install this application.

Creating and selecting situation and rules

You can see that BlackList is inactive by its first start, and that means how all calls are allowed. Shift up to right tab. That will take you to Rules. What are rules for? Here you will set up what calls you want to pass or reject. You can select one of two predefined situation or you can create your own. Predefined situations are Black list and Accept only list. If you would select for example Black list, that would mean that all phone numbers which you enter won't be passed to you. Selecting Accept only list is opposite to Black List meaning that all entered numbers will be accepted. So, you have to decide which solution works better for you.

On the same Rules tab you are able to enter numbers which will be accepted or rejected.

Here you can select which numbers or group you want to enter in your corrospondent list.

By selecting person, you will be able to select any contact or more of them from your addressbook. Selecting phone number, you'll be asked to type in wanted phone number, and selecting group, you'll have to select an group from your mobile. You can even select unknown number, and that includes all numbers that are not stored in your addressbook.

Once you select all you wanted, click Done, and you'll see all corrospondents you have selected.

Once you have entered all corrospondents, you have to acivate one of situations.

Activating BlackList

When you have selected situation, move up to left tab – Status. There you have to activate BlackList, otherwise it won't work, and all calls will be accepted by your phone.

Now, you can exit application by seleting Options/Close. Your BlacList is now activated.

Rejected calls

As your mobile phone decides it self (by your rules) what calls to accept or reject, you wont see when some calls were rejected in classic way as notification of missed call. When you are interested if there were rejected calls and which calls were they, start up application. On Status tab you'll see how much calls were actually rejected, but if you would like to see what calls were rejected move your self twice to right at Rejected tab. All relevant information will be showen there.

Conclusion

An excellent application if you have problems with unwanted calls. Simply to set up rules and simply to use. Even though you may not have problems with unwanted calls, this is indeed useful application that you should have installed on your mobile.
